Full Suspension Servicing – Fork & Shock Service

Keep your ride smooth, sharp, and race-ready with our comprehensive Fork and Shock Suspension Servicing. Whether you’re clocking miles on the road or pushing limits on the track, properly maintained suspension is critical for performance, control, and rider confidence.

Each service is carried out with expert precision, using only genuine parts and pro-grade oils from Motul, Showa, KYB, and K-Tech—ensuring your suspension performs exactly as it should.

Fork Service – Normally worth £160

Includes full strip-down and rebuild of both forks:

• Complete disassembly, inspection, and cleaning of all fork internals
• Shim stack inspection and modification if required
• Replacement of oil and dust seals using genuine KYB, Showa, or K-Tech seals
• Refill with Motul or K-Tech oil to correct viscosity and air gap
• Detailed setup notes recorded and returned in your Suspension Setup Booklet
• Returned with existing settings unless custom tuning is requested
• Optional Extras: slide/guide bushes, bent shims, stanchion replacement

Shock Service – Normally worth £180

Professional service for mono or twin shocks:

• Complete disassembly and inspection for wear and damage
• Shim stack check and comparison with standard spec
• Sealing head rebuilt with a fresh K-Tech service kit
• Filled with Motul oil, bled manually or via machine
• Nitrogen-charged bladder or chamber refill
• Optional Extras: rod replacement, bladder, bush, eyelet, bearing, shim replacement
• Discounts available for twin shock servicing

Premium Extras (if applicable):

• Ohlins Forks – +£20
• Showa BBF – +£50 (includes bleed & pressurise)
• Bitubo ECH Forks – +£60
• Bitubo Shock – +£20
• Maxton Shock – +£25–£60

Think of additional parts like you would chain and sprockets—occasional replacements that keep everything running optimally. These parts are sourced to order, so may extend service turnaround time.
